Apparently I Had a Farewell

What started as a loverly couple of beers on the scenic Glenmore hotel rooftop ended with a big mess in the Ship Inn bathrooms and a ruff ride home on the nightride. I blame - and thank you all - for keeping my glass well and truly full all night long! From what I can remember I had a fantastic time, and it was great to catch up with everyone before heading off overseas. If anyone plans on heading to Europe or Canada over the next two years, drop us a line we'll see if we can meet up somewhere. Here's a few pics of the night...

Everybody Loves a Good Prang

What was supposed to be a quite family weekend holiday up in the blue mountains finished up all too quickly, about 60kph to 0 in no more than 0 seconds too quickly. I decided to take on a large gum tree in the landcruiser, as you do, and got put in my place. After the accident my brother and I managed to get out of the car through the front windscreen, whilst my parents and sister who were in the back managed to climb up through the side door. After what only seemed a couple of minutes the police, ambulance and a helicopter were on the seen, and my bro got a free trip on the chopper to the Napean hospital. Luckily no one ended up being seriously injured, although the $300 neg driving fine and $1500 insurance excess did hurt alot.
